What your year might look like.

Every artist’s journey is different, but this gives you a clear picture of how the mentorship works.

A 10-Month Journey

Every Month

  • One private Zoom mentorship session with Paul
  • In-person session when possible, if Paul and the mentee are in the same city
  • Personalized monthly action plan
  • Honest feedback
  • Clear next steps
  • Career strategy, positioning, and accountability

Weekly Assignments

Each mentee receives assignments designed to move them forward. Sometimes weekly. Sometimes every two weeks. It depends on the artist, their age, their goals, and what they need most.

Demo reel Headshots Resume Self tapes Audition material Personal brand Networking Professional materials Creative assignments Casting profiles Online presence Social media presence Website

Community Access

We Got This Community

Mentees receive lifetime membership to Paul’s private community, We Got This.

  • Weekly live conversations with top choreographers, directors, producers, performers, and industry guests
  • Ask questions live and get real insight from working professionals
  • Participate in community challenges, feedback sessions, and creative activities
  • Learn by getting in the room, not just watching from the outside
  • Receive feedback from Paul, other choreographers, and major industry voices inside the community
  • Build connections with other serious performers and creatives

Real Opportunities

Sometimes opportunities come up.

  • Networking
  • Set visits
  • Assisting
  • Shadowing Paul on productions
  • Getting thrown into real productions when appropriate
  • Exclusive invites that help you get in the room
  • Higher-level industry access and learning experiences

These are not guaranteed. They depend on the project, timing, permissions, and whether Paul believes the opportunity is right for you.

Representation Prep

One major goal is getting the artist truly ready for representation.

  • Stronger professional materials
  • Better understanding of how agents think
  • Smarter positioning before outreach
  • Guidance on when the artist is actually ready
  • Possible recommendations to trusted acting or dance agents when earned

Referrals are not automatic. They are earned.

What Success Looks Like

No honest mentor can promise bookings, agents, or jobs. But this program is built to give you the clarity, positioning, and industry readiness most performers never get.

  • Cleaner materials
  • Better positioning
  • Smarter training choices
  • Stronger confidence
  • More connections
  • Clearer next steps
  • Stronger industry awareness
  • Better professional habits
  • A real career roadmap
  • Paul in your corner instead of trying to figure it out alone

Why Paul?

There are plenty of mentorship programs.
Explore them. Find the mentor who feels right for you.

This one is different for one simple reason

You’re learning directly from someone who is actively creating, directing, producing, and navigating this industry every day.

This isn’t about shortcuts.

It isn’t about guarantees.

It isn’t about someone building your career for you.

It’s about having an experienced mentor in your corner who can help you avoid costly mistakes, think strategically, recognize opportunities, and build a career with intention.

My role isn’t to be your manager or your agent. My role is to challenge you, guide you, and help you become the kind of artist who creates opportunities for themselves.

The work is still yours.
The growth is still yours.

I’ll simply help you build it smarter.

Questions answered.

Application required. Acceptance is selective.

What does the 10-month program look like month by month?

The program is structured in phases. The first few months focus on your foundation. Your identity, your materials, your resume, your headshots, your bio. Then you move into building real performance assets. Your dance demo reel, acting training, and on-camera work.

From there, you build your digital presence. Website, casting profiles, IMDb, Google visibility. The final months focus on branding, voice demo creation, agent preparation, and actually submitting to representation.

Every month has clear assignments, deadlines, and feedback. It is not vague coaching. It is a system.

Who is this program for?

This program is for serious performers. Dancers, actors, singers, and beyond. Ages 5 through adult.

The foundation is built around dancers. That is Paul’s background and the industry he knows deeply. But most dancers who come to him do not just want to compete. They want to be in movies. They want to act. They want to sing. They want real careers inside the entertainment industry.

This is not for casual hobbyists. It is for performers who are ready to take themselves seriously and be coached at a higher level.

What if I’m still young and not ready to start a career yet?

That is actually when this matters most. You do not need to rush into the industry. You need to understand it.

This mentorship builds awareness early. You learn how the system works before you are thrown into it. You gain clarity, confidence, and direction so that when opportunity shows up, you are not scrambling.

Preparation is not pressure. It is positioning.

What are past mentees’ achievements?

Those performers have gone on to win and be nominated for Emmy Awards. Some have received Leo Awards for Outstanding Performer. Others have earned Emmy nominations for Outstanding Choreography. Some have received Grammy nominations.

They have booked major films including Descendants, Wreck It Ralph, A Week Away, and many others. They have worked on national commercials, performed with some of the biggest artists in the world, and built sustainable careers across multiple lanes of entertainment.

The common factor was not luck. It was clarity, positioning, versatility, and the willingness to think bigger than just training.

Why invest in mentorship when there is free information online?

There is free information everywhere. But information is not the same as strategy. And proximity is power.

Being mentored by someone operating at this level is not just about tips. It is about access. It is about perspective. It is about building a relationship.

Free information can inspire you. Strategic mentorship positions you. There is a difference.

How is this mentorship different from others?

This is not a training program. You already have teachers for technique. Acting classes. Vocal coaches. Studios.

This mentorship focuses on the architecture of your career. We break down traditional pathways, agents, casting, representation, and industry systems. But we also explore non traditional routes. Building your own platform. Creating leverage. Developing versatility.

This program teaches you how to build a sustainable career, not just chase auditions.

Does this mentorship include agency connections?

Yes. It prepares you for them. You will understand what agencies truly look for and how to position yourself professionally.

But more importantly, you will realize something powerful. You have more leverage than you think. An agent works for you. Not the other way around.

An agent can amplify you. But you are the engine.

Will this guarantee I get signed or book jobs?

No one can guarantee that. What this can guarantee is clarity. Strategy. Honest feedback. And a framework that gives you direction instead of confusion.

This is not a passive program. It requires follow through. The people who win here are the ones who apply what they learn. The results follow the positioning.

I already spend so much on training. Why is this worth it?

Training is essential. Keep training. But training alone does not teach you how to build a career.

Most performers spend years developing talent without understanding how to monetize it. This mentorship ensures your training has direction. It connects the dots between skill and sustainability.

It is not about spending more. It is about being intentional.

Why apply now instead of waiting?

Momentum matters. The longer you wait to understand the business side of entertainment, the longer you operate without leverage.

Every season you delay is another season someone else is learning how to position themselves. You do not need to rush. But you do need to decide when you are ready to take ownership.

What if I’m too busy?

Performers are busy. That is part of the life. This mentorship runs on a monthly schedule. Each month a new module unlocks with assignments and a Zoom session. The expectation is 2 to 3 hours per week.

Paul does not extend the program for anyone. If you commit, you prioritize it. Growth requires intention.
