02

Your
Footage

You leave with professionally shot, edited footage of your work. Each Performer will get highlighted passes.

03

IMDb
Credit

We will submit your credit on the production with IMDB for approval.

The Experience.

Day One Rehearsal

In the studio. The work begins.

No icebreakers. We get straight to the choreography. You learn the number, find your marks, and start building the performance. This is where the foundation is set and the real sweat happens. You leave knowing exactly what is expected of you.

Day Two Camera Blocking

On set. Testing the frame.

We move to the set. This is not just dancing; this is dancing for the lens. We test the environment, run the camera blocking, and figure out how your movement translates to the screen. You get direct notes from Paul on how to adjust your performance for the camera.

Day Three Production

Lights. Camera. Action.

This is what you trained for. Full production day. Real crew. Real pressure. We shoot the number. Multiple setups, real coverage. All the rehearsal pays off here. You perform, Paul directs, and you capture the cinematic footage that will define your reel.

You can absolutely produce this quality yourself. You just need to hire a Hollywood director, rent a cinema camera package, and book a full crew. Here is the invoice for a single day:

You have the talent, but shaky iPhone clips make you look like an amateur. You deserve to be seen in the cinematic light that decision-makers respect. Don't let low production value hide your high-level ability.

Frequently Asked Questions

What exactly is the Skeleton Crew Experience?

Three days on a real production set. You're cast, called, and working under full production conditions alongside Paul Becker's team. You leave with professional footage and an IMDb credit.

Do I need professional experience to apply?

No. We look for commitment, drive, and a willingness to work — not a resume. Artists of all experience levels have thrived in this environment.

What do I get at the end?

Professional footage from the production, an IMDb credit, and the experience of working on a real set with real stakes. Most participants say it changed how they approach every audition after.

How much does it cost?

Your share of the production is $2,800. A $600 deposit secures your spot, with the balance due before the experience begins.

Where does it take place?

Currently in Los Angeles. Exact location details are shared with accepted applicants.

What if I apply and don't get in?

We review every application personally. If this round isn't the right fit, we'll let you know directly — and you're welcome to apply again for future sessions.

Is this a class or a workshop?

Neither. It's a working production. You're not practicing — you're performing. The direction, the cameras, the pressure — it's all real.

APPLICATION ONLY

This isn't open enrollment.
It's a casting call.
