Liability Waiver
By enrolling in this masterclass, I (or my child) hereby acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that participation in dance activities, including but not limited to, warm-up exercises, choreography, and performance, carries certain inherent risks of physical injury.

For Parents/Guardians: I understand that by enrolling my child in this class, I am assuming all risks on their behalf and agree that neither Becker Creations LLC, its instructors, staff, nor any associated parties shall be held liable for any injuries, illnesses, or damages that may occur during or as a result of my child’s participation in this masterclass.

For Adults: I voluntarily choose to participate in this class and assume all associated risks. I agree to hold harmless and release Becker Creations LLC, its instructors, staff, and any associated parties from any liability for injuries, illnesses, or damages that may occur during or as a result of my participation in the masterclass.

I understand that it is my (or my child’s) responsibility to notify the instructor of any physical limitations, medical conditions, or other issues that may affect participation in the class.

‍Media Release and Communication Consent
By registering for our events through our website, you acknowledge and consent to being recorded, photographed, or filmed during the event. Your image and likeness may be used in promotional materials across various platforms without additional consent. Additionally, you agree to receive updates related to your purchase and information about upcoming events through calls, texts, emails, and other messaging services.

Refund Policy
Due to high demand, all purchases for the masterclass are final sale. However, you may transfer your purchase or use it as credit toward a future class in a different city or on a future date in the current city.

• Final Sale Policy: All purchases are non-refundable, except as outlined below.

• Event Cancellation: If we cancel a session for any reason, a full refund will be provided.
  ‍
• Event Rescheduling: If the date of the event is changed, you will be notified via email. You must respond within 48 hours to either confirm your attendance or request a refund. If we do not receive a response within 48 hours, we will assume you are attending, and no further changes will be made.

• Event Location Change: In the event that the location/venue of the scheduled masterclass is changed to an alternative venue within a 50-mile radius of the original location, no refunds, credits, or other forms of compensation shall be issued to participants. The organizer will endeavor to provide timely notice of the new venue. This provision is intended to accommodate logistical adjustments while maintaining the integrity and quality of the masterclass experience.

• Credit Option: If you need to cancel beyond the 48-hour response period of a rescheduled event, a credit will be issued. This credit can be used toward any future class in any city and will not expire. In the event that you request a refund for an "intensive+(In Person Intensive and a Zoom Call) only the live in person portion will be refunded.
• Ticket Transfer and Credit Policy: All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. If a ticket holder requests to transfer their ticket to a different event date, the original ticket immediately converts into a non-transferable, non-cancellable credit for future use. Once a ticket has been converted into a credit, the event organizer reserves the right to reschedule or modify the future event date at their sole discretion. This credit remains valid for a future event but cannot be refunded, transferred to another individual, or exchanged for cash. Credit usage is subject to event availability and policies in effect at the time of redemption.

This policy is in place to ensure fairness and accommodate the demand for our events.
