Cancellation & Refund Policy
Applies to all events, intensives, masterclasses, workshops, and private sessions purchased through paulbecker.ai.
All sales are final. We do not offer cancellations or refunds, the same way a concert or live event ticket is non-refundable. If your plans change, you may request a credit toward a future event or transfer your ticket to another person.
1. All Sales Are Final
Every ticket, registration, and session purchased through paulbecker.ai is sold on a final-sale basis. Because seating and instructor time are limited and reserved for you at the moment of purchase, we are unable to offer cancellations or monetary refunds once a purchase is complete. This is consistent with standard practice for live events and ticketed performances.
2. Your Options If Your Plans Change
While purchases are non-refundable, we want every customer to retain the full value of what they paid. If you are unable to attend, you have two options:
- Credit toward a future event. We will issue a credit equal to the amount you paid, which you may apply to any future Paul Becker event, intensive, masterclass, or session in any city or on any future date.
- Transfer to another person. You may transfer your ticket or registration to another individual at no charge. The new attendee simply needs to be named in advance so we can update the roster.
To request a credit or arrange a transfer, email team@paulbecker.ai before the event date and we will take care of it.
3. Events Cancelled By Us
If we cancel or reschedule an event and you are unable to attend the new date, you may choose either a full refund of the amount you paid or a credit toward a future event. This is the only circumstance in which a monetary refund is provided.
4. Private Sessions and One-on-One Mentorship
Private and one-on-one mentorship sessions, including those included with Pro Track registrations, may be rescheduled freely up until 24 hours before the scheduled time using the reschedule option in your calendar invitation. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time, and no-shows, forfeit that session with no refund and no reschedule. Booked sessions remain available to you until you attend or reschedule them.
5. How to Reach Us
Questions about this policy, a credit, or a transfer should be sent to team@paulbecker.ai. We respond to every request and will always work with you to make sure the value of your purchase is honored through a credit or transfer.
6. Chargebacks
If you believe there is a problem with your purchase, please contact us first at team@paulbecker.ai. We resolve concerns quickly. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for a completed purchase, after a service has been delivered or made available to you, is contrary to this final-sale policy that you agreed to at the time of purchase.
